27th October 2009 The clubs AGM was held this evening from about 8pm onwards. As normal a new committee was voted in by the members in attendence at the AGM, full details of the new committee can be found in the members section.
28th October 2009 The club is proposing to run a long awaited full licence course with our popular teacher G0MJY, demand for this course is expected to be very high, with 3 people signing up as soon as the course was announced! If you are interested in attending this course then please either contact Dave G0MJY or pop up the club on a Monday evening as soon as you can, to let us know you are interested. The exact dates of the course will be announced in the near future.
2nd November 2009 New club website launched, many thanks to Lee for running the site over the last year. Any thoughts or comments on the new look site let me know. The club held a committee meeting this evening, and it was proposed by the new president Alex M0XLE that Dave G0MJY, be offered a lifetime honorary membership of the Charlie Delta ARC to thank him for all the hard work and dedication he has shown over the years running various courses at the club. This was unanimously accepted and approved by all the committee members, so we would like to congratulate Dave on becoming a life long honorary member of the club.
